The Coffs Harbour Innovation Centre specialises in assisting incubating businesses in the Information Technology industry to grow.

So we have been delighted at the progress that Webworx International Pty Ltd, one of our newest tenants, has achieved since moving into the Centre in September 2013.

Grant Nicholas, the Principal, made the choice to move his office from being home-based so that he could grow and employ additional IT Support, Sales & Administrative staff.

From being sited in one office, with himself and one part-time administrative person, he has now taken on an additional support person full-time in house, others externally as well as an administrative person and moved into a suite of offices to take on the duties of an Anchor tenant in the Centre.

Webworx has been providing hosting solutions for business of all sizes since 2001. This is an industry with ever expanding needs as businesses recognise the value of secure and reliable hosting and cloud solutions.

Along the way, Grant has been mentored by Fiona Barden, a mentor in ETC’s Business Solutions, Small Biz Connect team. Recently, to add to his business skills he has enrolled in the Certificate III in Micro Business Operations course with ETC.
