The Cafe Culture is a short course that will give you the opportunity to learn extensive hands-on practical skills required to work in a café or similar hospitality style environment. This course focuses on learning by doing, allowing you to practice key skill areas on many occasions. You will make a range of coffees and conduct general service skills every day of this 9-day course. This course will run 3 days per week for 3 consecutive weeks and at completion, you will gain a Statement of Attainment in Certificate III in Hospitality (SIT30616).
