• SITHFAB021 Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) – Mandatory training for anyone who sells, serves or supplies alcohol in licensed venues in NSW.
• SITHGAM022 Provide Responsible Gambling Services (RCG) – Mandatory training for staff working in venues that provide gambling activities, including clubs, pubs, hotels and casinos.

Completing both courses together provides a cost-effective pathway to gaining the qualifications required for a range of hospitality and gaming roles.

Upon successful completion, you will receive the required qualifications to apply for your NSW competency cards. Competency cards are valid for 5 years in NSW.

Please note: ETC does not offer RSA or RCG refresher training. Refresher courses must be completed through the NSW Liquor & Gaming renewal process.
