    ETC’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

ETC is proud to promote reconciliation through our services and community engagement. Our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) is built on the pillars of Respect, Opportunities, and Relationships, and guides how we support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

In 2025, we celebrate 10 years of RAP commitment — a decade of learning, growth, and meaningful partnerships.
