The Certificate II in Workplace Skills course will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge needed in preparation for work, such as customer service, business, time management using various digital devices/software.

This qualification is designed to help you develop the necessary skills to enter the workforce or to work in a variety of entry-level Business Services job roles such as administrative assistant, receptionist and customer service representative.
As part of the Business Services Training Package, BSB, this course comprises 10 units of competency:
Elective units must be relevant to the work outcome, local industry requirements and the qualification level.
There are no formal educational requirements for entry into this training course.
Learners will receive feedback after each assessment/assignment and the trainer/assessor will be available to discuss the feedback or provide additional assistance or direction as appropriate. Trainers/assessors are also available by email/phone for any discussion or problems that students experience during their studies.
