What are the benefits of work experience?
Gaining skills and experience through a work experience program has a range of benefits, including:
- Gaining industry experience in your desired field
- Developing your skills – both professionally and personally
- Helping you decide the right career path

ETC WorkIT – Skill Set Course
ETC’s specialised WorkIT model helps students to gain a greater level of practical skills for their desired industry.
Our students feel they are part of a whole team and learn to respect and abide by industry requirements. This enhances their work readiness.
Industry training options include business, retail, community services, hospitality and early education.
Through these courses, students gain an increased level of confidence, while also completing Statements of Attainments from their desired industry.
