

A set of skills to equip individuals in hygienic practices and handling food safely during the storage, preparation, display, service, and disposal of food.
This course is for all people supervising food operations in the Hospitality or Retail food industry sectors; as well as those who wish to be the Food Safety Supervisors and supervising workers and those required to implement a Food Safety Program.
This course requires refresher training every five years.
