Safe Food Handling and Barista

(Statement of Attainment in SIT30622 – Certificate III in Hospitality)

The Safe Food Handling course covers basic food safety practices such as personal hygiene and conduct, food handling, housekeeping, and waste disposal. The Barista course is a wonderful all-rounder introduction to hospitality, covering the preparation of coffees, and non-alcoholic beverages as well as the foundations of hygienic practices.

Units Covered:

  • SITHFAB025 – Prepare and serve espresso coffee
  • SITXFSA001 – Use hygienic practices for food safety
