Meet your legal requirements and protect your customers with ETC’s Food Safety Supervision (FSS) course. By law, most Australian food businesses must employ at least one FSS in each premises. An FSS is a person who is trained to recognise and prevent risks associated with food handling in a retail food business and can train and supervise other people in the business about safe food handling.
The following units will be completed:
SITXFSA005 – Use hygienic practices for food safety
SITXFSA006 – Participate in Safe Food Handling
The legislation also requires refresher training every five years.
