ETC launches innovative APP to make recruitment easier for employers

Recruiting staff has just been made a whole lot easier with the launch of a new employer APP called eLink designed specifically to meet the needs of employers on the Mid North Coast, North Coast and Gold Coast.

eLink is the brainchild of local employment services provider ETC.

ETC CEO Jenny Barnett said eLink was a free App that enabled employers to lodge a vacancy wherever and whenever it suited them, with a guarantee that an ETC employee would respond within 48 business hours.

“We all know how time consuming and costly it can be to screen, shortlist, interview and conduct reference checks on potential employees,” Mrs Barnett said.

“By embracing technology, we’ve developed a solution that enables employers to sift through the top 10 candidates in each of the key industries in the region and to select those candidates they would like to learn more about.
