Essential short courses to get you started

ETC provides a number of essential short courses associated with industry. For instance, we offer both Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gambling (RCG). Both of which are mandatory for working in a club, pub, or anywhere with alcohol and pokies. We also offer Provide First Aid which is nationally recognised training in both practical and theory.

Specifically for the foodservice industry, we provide ‘Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety’ and a ‘Food Safety Supervision’ course.

Let’s get started

Studying short courses with ETC is flexible. We regularly run these courses on a monthly basis in a workshop environment. If, however, we have a corporate booking for more than 8, then we’ll conduct the training at a venue of your choice. We will work with you to suit your needs.
